Today's lesson is centred on the use of the sus 2 chord
that is the tonic, supertonic plus the dominant or the 5th intervals.
or one , two, five positions.
This is also known by other schools of thought as the quartals. The first invention of a sus 2 chord will give you 2-5-1 which is a quartal chord( 4th intervals). when you invent this chord too , you will get 5-1-2 which is also a sus 4 chord. so in a nutshell, a sus 2 chord is same as a sus 4 chord which is also same as a quartal harmony. Thank you for your attention.
